This modern Class A warehouse complex is located in the Almaty region. The facility consists of two warehouse blocks with a total area of 62,000 m².
The first block, with an area of 25,000 m², was commissioned in 2024. The warehouse is 12 m high, with a column spacing of 12 × 24 m, and features 15 loading doors. The facility is heated and equipped with ventilation, air conditioning, and fire safety systems.
The second block has an area of 37,000 m². The warehouse is 12 m high, with a column spacing of 12 × 24 m, and the floor load-bearing capacity is 8–10 metric tons/m². There are 36 loading docks for loading and unloading operations. The temperature is maintained between +18 and +23 °C.
The complex grounds are fenced and secured, with video surveillance, a fire suppression system, and parking for freight and passenger vehicles. The utility infrastructure includes a 2 MW power supply with backup, central water supply, sewerage, and gas heating.
The complex is suitable for logistics operators, distributors, trading companies, e-commerce firms, FMCG companies, and other tenants who require modern warehouse facilities with well-developed infrastructure.
