Class A Warehouse Complex #98 (Under Construction)

A modern Class A warehouse complex located in the Saryarka district of Astana. The project includes two warehouse blocks and terminal facilities designed for the storage of non-flammable materials.
The complex includes warehouse areas, storage facilities, administrative and amenity spaces, office areas, as well as technical and support infrastructure. The site features an existing administrative building, employee parking spaces, and utility networks.
The building is being constructed using modern construction technologies and materials. The structural design includes a reinforced concrete and steel frame, sandwich-panel exterior walls, monolithic floor slabs, and a pitched roof with an internal drainage system. The glazing consists of metal-plastic frames with double- and triple-pane insulated glass units.
The project meets modern requirements for warehouse real estate and ensures a high level of functionality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Planned commissioning: July–August 2026.
