Phase 2 – 75,000 square meters: A modern Class A dry warehouse.
The complex includes multifunctional warehouse facilities, a dry storage area, a produce storage facility, and a customs terminal, enabling the full cycle of logistics operations to be carried out on a single site.
The project is geared toward companies in the retail, FMCG, agricultural, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, and 3PL sectors. Phased development ensures flexibility in scaling to meet market demand.
