🚆 General Description of the Transportation and Logistics Center

This large transportation and logistics center is located on a 51.2-hectare site with well-developed rail and warehouse infrastructure. The total length of the railroad tracks is 15 km, of which 8 km are currently in operation and 7 km are included in the development plan.

The complex’s handling capacity exceeds 100,000 TEU per year. Simultaneous storage capacity exceeds 8,000 TEU. The facility is directly connected to the station tracks and has a loading/unloading front capable of handling up to 80 standard railcars.

🏭 Industrial Zone
The project includes 30 hectares of land designated for export-oriented industrial production facilities with access to utilities and transportation infrastructure. Potential sectors include agricultural processing, compound feed production, oilseed and grain processing, the production and packaging of mineral fertilizers, and other industrial projects.
